A homeless man went on a stabbing spree in Queens, wounding two people, before being found hiding under a subway platform by officers, police sources said Wednesday.
According to sources, Fers Rajabou, 40, walked up behind a 25-year-old man who was pumping gas at the Bora Market gas station on North Conduit Avenue in Ozone Park around 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday and stabbed the man in the left shoulder with a knife.
Sources said the victim panicked and ran into an adjacent store and asked staff to call the police.
Meanwhile, Rajabou fled to the nearby Aqueduct-North Conduit Avenue subway station, where he found his next victim, sources said.
Sources said the man then randomly stabbed another 67-year-old man in the throat on the platform of a northbound A train.
Sources said responding officers quickly arrested Rajabou at gunpoint as he was hiding under the A-Train platform and charged him with first-degree assault.
Both victims were taken to Jamaica Hospital, where the second victim is in critical but stable condition.
According to sources, Rajabou had been arrested once before for petty theft.
