NYU Langone Health opening state-of-the-art ambulatory care center in Florida

New York University Langone Health announced plans to open a brand new outpatient care facility in South Florida with the help of a $75 million gift from the Julia Koch Family Foundation.

Scheduled to open in 2026, the West Palm Beach facility will be the first new Florida location since 2017 for NYU Langone, consistently recognized as one of the nation’s best hospital systems.

Located at 324 Datula Street, the eight-story, state-of-the-art medical facility will have space for 50 physicians and will serve approximately 150,000 patients annually.

New York University Langone Health announced the opening of an eight-story, state-of-the-art outpatient treatment center in West Palm Beach, thanks to a $75 million gift from the Julia Koch Family Foundation.

It offers 76,000 square feet of clinical space and offers on-demand specialty care in a wide range of areas including internal medicine, primary care, oncology and pain management.

The facility’s opening is aimed at serving the needs of the growing population of New Yorkers who are relocating to Florida or spending their winters in the Sunshine State.

The $75 million gift to build a new ambulatory care center at NYU Langone Health was made by the Julia Koch Family Foundation, established in 2023 to support innovative efforts in health care, education, and the arts. It was one of the first grants awarded.

The new location will offer full-service radiology and diagnostic imaging, two operating rooms for outpatient surgery, two endoscopy suites, and eight physical therapy bays. Clinical services offered range from obesity medicine and cardiology to rheumatology and urology.

NYU Langone is comprised of six inpatient facilities and more than 300 outpatient facilities located in the New York metropolitan area and Florida, all connected by one electronic medical record system, the NYU Langone Health app, and the NYU Langone Health MyChart patient portal. It has been.
