Oilers’ flashing fan has angry message for those mad at viral moment

The Oilers fan who made headlines last month after baring her breast during the Western Conference finals against the Dallas Stars doesn’t seem to regret the NSFW moment.

The woman identified herself as Kate in a recent video posted to the X account. Instagramand confronted people who didn’t like her drunken behavior.

“Hello everyone, Oilers girl. My name’s Kate, but I’m here.” She said in a social media video.“So I’ve been thinking long and hard about what to say to you all… but what I want to say is that even if you’re the most perfect, godlike person in the world and you can save a kitten from drowning in a river, someone will still hate you.

“So you know what happened? Turns out I got drunk and exposed my boobs at an Oilers game and it went viral. If you don’t like that, then FUCK YOU. Yay! Go Oilers!”

The woman became an internet sensation when she sat in the stands at Rogers Place during Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals on May 31 and lifted her blue Oilers jersey to reveal more of her cleavage.

Kate later appeared on Barstool Sports to discuss the topic. “Spittin’ Chiclets” podcastand explained that the risqué act was unplanned.

“You know… I don’t know,” she joked when asked what inspired her to wear the top.

“The cheesecake I ate all day and the eight bottles of Truly I drank in first period were definitely inspiring,” she added.

Kate went on to reveal that when she discovered the footage online she reported it and X “had it removed.”

But the video has since resurfaced and “comes back with a vengeance,” she said.

The Oilers defeated the Stars 3-1 in Game 5 and won the final conference series 4-2 to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals against Florida.

The Panthers lead the Cup final series 3-1 and will host Game 5 on Tuesday night.
