One dead, at least 9 injured after small plane crash in Fullerton, California

A small plane crashed into a warehouse in California on Thursday afternoon local time, killing the pilot of the single-engine plane and injuring at least nine others.

The crash occurred Thursday at 2:15 p.m. local time in Fullerton, California, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed to Fox News Digital.

According to the agency, the plane was a single-engine van RV10. The small plane can carry up to four adults, but it is unclear how many were on board at the time of the crash.

The Fullerton Police Department announced that the pilot died in the crash. Police said nine people were taken to the hospital and six were treated and released at the scene.
