Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s Los Angeles Home for Sale

Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne are selling their long-time residence in Los Angeles. This historic home, designed in 1929, is now listed for $17 million, represented by agents Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer from Carolwood Estates.

The couple purchased the property in 2015 for about $11.85 million, initially contemplating a sale back in July 2022, when it was available for $18 million. During their time there, they made thoughtful renovations, blending modern luxury with the home’s classic charm.

The estate spans 11,565 square feet, featuring seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, alongside a chef’s kitchen, a family room, and a formal dining area. There’s also a wood-paneled library, an office, a projection room complete with a bar and fireplace, plus an elevator for easy access to all levels.

Outside, the property boasts an outdoor dining area with a kitchen, complete with a pizza oven, manicured lawns, a swimming pool, and a garden. The garage includes a separate guest suite. Interestingly, the screening room’s fireplace has autographs from several notable visitors like Elvis Presley and Mel Tormé, a feature inherited from the home’s previous owner, radio host Frank Brisey.

After 43 years of marriage, Ozzy Osbourne passed away in July 2025. The family shared the news stating it was with deep sorrow that they announced his death. They requested privacy during this difficult time.

Sharon reflected on Ozzy’s final moments and performances, mentioning how significantly it meant to him to be on stage one last time. He, according to her, had a unique desire to go out on his own terms, embracing his love for music and his audience right until the end.

Sharon commented, “He loved people. He loved his audience. He loved them so much. And even if you didn’t like his music, you couldn’t hate him.” She added that he left this world as he wished, fully aware of the journey he was on.
