PA Business Owner Pleads Guilty to Illegal Immigrant Employment Tax Scam

The owner of the Pennsylvania immigration and employment agency has pleaded guilty to unlawful alien and $3 million in tax fraud, the IRS reported Monday.

Andy Ha, owner and operator of the Prosperity Service Service for an immigrant Staffing Company, has harbored illegal aliens for illegal profits and has pleaded guilty to failing to pay $3 million in employment tax to illegal aliens, helping them get jobs in small Pennsylvanian towns such as Charleroy, south of Pittsburg.

According to announcement By the Internal Revenue Service, HA is “paid to more than 25 workers who are not legally permitted to be in the US to stay in a former hotel,” and he did not report the workers to tax returners. His last return reportedly only represented 10% of the workers he supported his company.

“The defendant broke the law by hugging and hiring individuals who were not permitted to be in the United States,” Libetti said in a press release.

Libetti continues:

Additionally, Defendant HA cost the US government millions of dollars for failing to pay taxes related to his business. Our office and law enforcement partners at all levels continue to ensure that people seeking to benefit from the employment of such workers will fail to pay taxes and face appropriate consequences under the law.

The shocking footage reveals its operations in Charleroy, Pennsylvania. There, Haitians run a bus between the food factory run by fourth Street Foods.

Breitbart News reported last October that HA was investigating for fraud in connection with efforts to provide Charleroi's fourth street foods to low-wage workers.

Investigators at the time suspected that the HA had not paid workers in cash and reported their income.

At the time, federal officials reported I said The contractor “deliberately paid cash to non-citizens' employees” and “transported and detained non-citizens' who were not documented for employment purposes.”

The investigators too I was trapped $1 million in cash that HA had in his business.

HA's exploitative staffing practices were just one of many problems that Charleroy faced during the Joe Biden border crisis.
