In response to the video and GoFundMe campaign, social media users slammed Basara.

Basara responded to Curry's post denying the allegations, saying he was video blogging a normal game day.

“Maybe it's best not to talk about things you don't understand. I was there doing a normal game day vlog, similar to what I did in Green Bay last month. Eagles fans. I wanted to share a normal joke. 99% understood then,” his post read. “Then this guy didn't stop and things only got worse and worse. Whatever the argument here, the way to defend PoS is…”

The two had a back-and-forth exchange, with Basara accusing Curry of “victim blaming.”

But Curry wasn't alone.

“Grow up, you knew what was going to happen,” one person wrote to X.

“You're the Packers' 'content creator' who entered the stadium with a full body camera. I think you were waiting for something like this to happen,” another posted. “Your wife didn't deserve this, and she didn't deserve to be stuck around because of it.”

Basara denied the accusations on social media. Fox News Digital did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
