Patton Oswalt Wishes for Intensified Death Threats Against Trump’s Border Chief Tom Homan

Patton Oswalt’s Controversial Reaction to Death Threats Against Tom Homan

Actor Patton Oswalt recently took to social media to express his feelings regarding the reported death threats faced by Tom Homan, who has implemented President Trump’s deportation strategy. Oswalt, known for his roles in shows like Shield’s Agent and What We Do in the Shadows, as well as the film Ratatouille, made waves on the platform Bluesky. He commented on the news that Homan has distanced himself from his family due to these threats.

In a post, the outspoken anti-Trump actor showed no hesitation in declaring his reaction to Homan’s predicament, noting his excitement over the situation. He wrote, “It’s fine. I hope it gets worse for this intense mountain in Polenta,” addressing Homan directly.

good. I hope it gets even worse because of this rotten mountain of polenta

Homan recently discussed his concerns with the media, stating that he has been living apart from his wife for safety reasons. “My wife lives now, separate from me, mainly because she worked hours, but mainly because of the death threat to me,” Homan told podcast host Miranda Devine. He emphasized how serious the situation is for both him and his family.

Reflecting on his career, Homan mentioned, “I grew up with boys, and I spent more and more time climbing the ladder of what I did.” He has served as the Director of ICE during Trump’s initial term but chose not to pursue a permanent role afterward. However, upon Trump’s re-election, Homan accepted another appointment as the border czar.

During a dinner with his wife, he recalled receiving a call from the President that left them both surprised. “The first thing he told me was, ‘You’ve been complaining about it for four years. Well, go back and fix it.’ So, how do you say no?” Homan reflected on that moment.

Since Trump’s second term began, illegal border crossings have reportedly reached record lows, an accomplishment Homan has been part of in this ongoing contentious political climate.
