During Sunday's broadcast of FNC's “Life, Liberty & Levin,” Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.), Republican Conference Chair and the No. 4 Republican in the House of Representatives, blamed Vice President Kamala Harris' failures as border chief for the deaths linked to Biden's immigration policies.
The New York Republican said Harris' informal appointment as border official placed responsibility on her.
“Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are the most radical Democratic candidates in the history of our country,” she said. “Look at their track records. Look at Kamala Harris' track record. She's the incumbent for Joe Biden's open borders policy. She's responsible for the catastrophic failure of an open borders policy that prioritizes illegal immigrants and criminals over law-abiding Americans. Mark, people are dying in this country because of Kamala Harris' role as the incumbent for Joe Biden's open borders policy. If you look at both Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz, they support defunding the police.”
“We saw Kamala Harris actually collect bail money for criminals and advocate for cutting the police budget when Tim Walz was governor of Minnesota,” Stefanik continued. “On top of that, with the inflation crisis happening across the country, it was Kamala Harris who was vice president who voted for Joe Biden's inflation expansion bill. This is the most radical, most socialist Democratic candidate, and that's why it's so important that all Americans come together and elect President Donald Trump to save our country.”
