Playboy model says American Airlines targeted her because of her large breasts

Former Playboy Model Claims Discrimination in Flight

Sarah Blake Cheek, a former Playboy model, recently shared an experience aboard an American Airlines flight that stirred quite the conversation. She alleges that crew members insisted she button up her shirt mid-flight, as it revealed what she described as her “big boobs.”

This incident reportedly took place on a flight to Atlanta. Cheek expressed her frustration on social media, stating that she wasn’t aware American Airlines had a dress code. She shared a photo that some deemed inappropriate considering her outfit.

Cheek was also wearing high socks, sneakers, and leggings. Following a series of flight delays, she vented about her challenges in reaching Atlanta, stating that she had already rescheduled her plans multiple times that day.

Despite wearing similar attire as other female passengers who seemed to evade scrutiny, Cheek felt singled out. “Now, the flight attendants are telling me to button my shirt, but the other women wearing the same clothes are different from me,” she noted.

This stirred many reactions online, with some commenters rallying in support of her perspective. One user remarked that the treatment was unfair, while another speculated on the motivations behind it. However, there were also critics who agreed with the crew, suggesting they were simply enforcing the airline’s policies.

In response to the incident, an American Airlines representative issued an apology, stressing their commitment to a respectful environment for both passengers and staff. They acknowledged that the service had fallen short and planned to address the incident internally.

The airline also pointed out that while they encourage appropriate dress, they discourage overly revealing or aggressive attire. This isn’t the first instance of apparel controversies among passengers; a similar issue arose last October when female travelers accused flight attendants of sexism on a different airline.
