Post Malone delays tour with Jelly Roll by several weeks: ‘We’re not prepared’

Post Malone Postpones Tour for New Music

Post Malone has decided to push back his upcoming tour. He announced this on Instagram, mentioning that while he has some new music planned, he doesn’t feel prepared to hit the road just yet.

“We don’t have time to finish before the tour starts,” he shared. “We’re not ready to tour, so we’ve chosen to postpone the tour for about three weeks to wrap up this music.” It seems after looking at his schedule, particularly after a recent music festival, he realized the timing wasn’t quite right. He expressed a desire to avoid rushing the creative process.

Post Malone did apologize to fans who had already bought tickets for the now-canceled show, expressing excitement about making things right and looking forward to performing again.

He reassured his followers that this postponement is intended to ensure the best performance possible when the new music is ready. “I’ve been working on some pieces for this double album… I can’t wait to play it in front of you again,” he added with enthusiasm.

At the core of this decision is his commitment to delivering a great experience. It’s not just about the tour; it’s about the music too. “When we looked at the upcoming schedule after Stagecoach, we realized that what we were trying to do and what was possible didn’t really line up,” he explained.

Malone, known for blending different music styles, gained fame with his debut album, Stoney, that features the well-received hit “Congratulations.” His artistic journey has evolved through various genres, including a recent foray into country music.
