Rumors About President Trump’s Health Overstated

Recent online chatter regarding President Trump’s wellbeing has been significantly blown out of proportion.

This week, the president briefly stepped back from public view, which ignited wild theories and social media posts suggesting he had passed away.

However, those speculations were dashed when Trump made a lively appearance at the White House on Saturday morning.

Around 8:45 a.m., he was spotted dressed casually in a white polo, black trousers, and his iconic red MAGA hat, alongside his granddaughter, Kai Trump, as they hopped into a vehicle headed for a golf club in Sterling, Virginia.

Concerns about the president’s health had peaked when the White House released a schedule devoid of any public events for Trump during the Labor Day weekend on Friday.

This announcement followed four days after he last appeared publicly at a cabinet meeting on Tuesday.

The hashtags “#trumpisdead” and “#whereistrump” gained traction on social media from Friday night through Saturday morning, reflecting the public’s intrigue.

One notable comment came from Rick Wilson of the Lincoln Project, who, referencing the viral hashtags, humorously remarked on the timing of people’s anxieties regarding the president’s health.

While a White House reporter did not see Trump on Friday, he remained active online. He commented on a federal court of appeals ruling that he felt challenged the legality of his tariff and trade agenda.

“All tariffs are still in effect! Today, the highly partisan court of appeals mistakenly said that our tariffs should be removed, but they know that the United States will ultimately win,” he expressed. “If these tariffs disappear, it will be a complete disaster for the country. It will make us economically weak, and we must be strong.”
