Pro-BLM ice cream chain sues Seattle over ‘extensive property damage’ from BLM autonomous zone ‘CHOP’: Report

According to a lawsuit shared by reporter Sam Campbell, Seattle-based ice cream company Molly Moons Homemade Ice Cream was awarded “extensive property damages” for damage suffered in 2020 at its BLM zone “CHOP.” ‘ and is filing a lawsuit.

The ice cream company is just one of several parties suing Seattle for failing to prevent CHOP damage, danger, and even death to businesses and residents in 2020.

In a lawsuit filed this month with Ocean and Associates, Antonio Mays Sr. said the city was fully aware of the violence in the CHOP but said it had “not taken concrete measures to provide essential services.” “I abandoned it without a proper plan,” he said.
