Mangione was arrested at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on Wednesday, days after law enforcement officials began searching for a suspect in Thompson's murder.
As Breitbart News' AWR Hawkins reported, Mangione has been suffering from “debilitating pain” and reportedly underwent hip surgery a year ago.
