PUNXSUTAWNEY PHIL makes winter weather predictions every year.

The Pennsylvania's “Official National Meteorological Student” Punkstauny Philharmonic, on Sunday's ground hog day, predicted his shadow and for another six -week winter.
Earlier this week, the ethical treatment of animals (Peta) tried to replace the tradition of the ground hog day with a vegan's “Public Weather” cake.
Governor Josh Shapiro (D-Pa.) Seeed Peta's request and spoke early in the annual festival in Gobler knob.
“Some people have said that they should go back to the 1880s, remove the Phil, and replace them with cakes,” Shapiro said in thousands of people. “If someone comes to Phil, they and you will have to pass through all of you. Is it correct?”
