Aaron Goodwin Confronts Estranged Wife in Court

Aaron Goodwin, known for his role in “Ghost Adventures,” appeared in court on Thursday to face his estranged wife, Victoria. This comes after her arrest in Nevada back in March, where she was implicated in serious allegations, according to reports.

In court, Goodwin shared the details regarding the troubling behavior of his wife, who allegedly engaged in relationships with multiple men prior to the disturbing plot involving convicted murderer Grant Amato. He had hoped to stabilize their relationship, yearning for a deeper connection.

Looking directly at Victoria, Aaron expressed, “You made me feel special and cared for—at least that’s what you told me.” He then recounted the shocking revelation of her betrayal, noting, “I feel as though I was blackmailed and stripped of my savings while you fell for Amato, who even had a sort of mental marriage with you.”

The Discovery Channel star stated that he was completely unaware of the murder plot and the chilling correspondence until detectives informed him after Victoria’s arrest.

Grant Amato, the 32-year-old man at the center of the plot, had been convicted of the brutal murder of his family and was serving a life sentence in a Florida prison when Victoria contacted him as a penpal following her appearance in the documentary “Ctrl+Alt+Desire.”

To the judge, Goodwin expressed his ignorance about the situation, stating, “I had no idea about any of this. It should come with serious time in prison.”

During the court proceedings, Victoria, also 32, tearfully addressed Aaron. “First off, I want to say I’m sorry. I deeply regret the pain and anxiety I’ve caused you, and the betrayal is something you understandably feel,” she said, visibly upset. “You should know that I’ve always loved you, and I hope you find joy and peace once again.”

She added, “But this has broken us. I think about it every day with regret. I promise you won’t see or hear from me again.”

Victoria also issued apologies to her parents and to the court in Florida.

Following the proceedings, she was sentenced to a maximum of 90 months in prison, with a minimum requirement of 36 months.
