Numerous workers have gathered at LeBron James’ estate in Beverly Hills to help construct the basketball star’s ideal home.
This week, a flurry of activity was observed at the construction site, with many workers, trucks, and heavy machinery present, making the area feel alive with progress.
Images acquired by the California Post recently displayed a significant amount of materials being delivered as workers continued to hammer away, finalizing different aspects of the massive project.
It seems quite a bit has changed since the last time this location was photographed back in November.
A peculiar large circular hole has appeared in front of the property; it could be some kind of water feature, perhaps a loop, or even a carport entrance. It’s hard to tell.
As the build nears completion, additional landscaping has also started to emerge around the site.
James acquired this property back in 2020 for $37 million, and construction kicked off officially in 2023 after clearing the existing structures and settling all necessary paperwork.
Interestingly, he’s building two separate mansions on the lot, with the larger one anticipated to cover 7,700 square feet.
The smaller mansion? Well, it’s packed with features like hot and cold plunge pools, and both homes will be secured by a 10-foot fence and advanced security systems.
While there’s no confirmation on when he’ll actually move in, it’s worth pondering whether James will still be with the Lakers by that time.
He’s about to enter free agency next month, and chatter suggests that his tenure with the team might be drawing to a close, regardless of the new place he’ll call home in Los Angeles.
