A 21-year-old woman who recently graduated from Washington State University in Pullman also disappeared from Seattle International Airport on the same day that her fiancé and their 2-year-old daughter went missing in Moscow, Idaho.

Nadia Erica Cole was reported missing at the airport on May 29, according to a private investigator hired by her family. Cole’s fiance, 21-year-old Aaron Daniel Aung, and their 2-year-old daughter, Serayah Aung Harmon, also went missing that day.

The Pullman Police Department (PPD) issued an arrest warrant Wednesday for Aoun, a Moscow resident, for first-degree interference with custody for violating a court-ordered parenting plan.

“It is with deep concern and heavy hearts that we publicly report the sudden disappearance of our beloved daughter, Nadia,” Beata and Kirk Cole said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “Nadia recently graduated with honors from Washington State University and had accomplished great things in her academic journey.”

The 21-year-old alumna “was on the verge of a celebratory family trip to Italy that she and her mother had been eagerly planning for over a year,” her parents added. But those happy plans turned into a nightmare when Nadia “left her luggage at the gate to go to the bathroom and never returned.”

“Security camera footage shows Nadia rushing out of the airport with a distressed expression and was last seen near the light rail platform on the north side of the car park. There has been no contact or sighting of Nadia since her disappearance on May 29th, 2024,” Kirk and Beata said.

On Tuesday, PPD announced they were investigating the disappearance of Zelaya and Aoun. Police said the pair went on a fishing trip to Montana and never returned. Zelaya was scheduled to return to her mother on June 3.

A private investigator for the family said Cole is not Zelaya’s mother. Zelaya’s mother, Samara, posted a statement on Facebook following her daughter’s disappearance.

“Nadia was treasured by hundreds of people who knew her and the circumstances surrounding her disappearance are unlike her. We are completely devastated by her disappearance and sincerely pray for her safe return,” Beata and Kirk Cole said in a statement. “If you have any information regarding Nadia’s whereabouts or any clues that may assist in her safe return, please contact authorities at 877-220-8129. Even the smallest piece of information could play a crucial role in bringing Nadia back to us.”
