Experts have revealed that China and Russia may have salvaged a downed Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon (UAP) and are possibly working on reverse engineering it, according to newly disclosed documents.
Jordan Flowers, who heads the UAP Disclosure Foundation, highlighted an important insight from the recent release of UFO files on June 12: foreign adversaries of the U.S. might also be delving into research posing risks to national security.
“There’s a belief that both the Chinese and Russians could be examining similar objects and trying to understand their technology,” Flowers mentioned during an interview.
He also pointed out a warning from David Grusch, a UAP whistleblower and former Air Force intelligence officer. Grusch indicated that the U.S. seems to be aware of surveillance activities related to the UAP program by both Russia and China.
“This is a global issue, and it’s essentially a race to figure this out first. The implications for national security are significant, and we really need to ramp up our efforts,” he emphasized.
Additionally, Flowers remarked that the recent documents underscore that making information about UAPs public is a “top priority” of the previous Trump administration.
To further investigate the implications of UAP disclosures, the UAP Disclosure Foundation is organizing a forum in Washington, D.C. on June 25.
“We’re really interested in understanding how this affects various domains,” he said.
The documents also referenced other foreign activities, with a CIA cable revealing a heightened alert in Zimbabwe after a UFO was spotted above a significant airport in the country.
This cable, disseminated within the U.S. government and military during George W. Bush’s presidency, detailed a craft “hovering at an unidentified altitude directly above Harare Airport.” It also mentioned that during the sighting, a “beam” emanated from the object, which was described as “disk-shaped with a hollow center, featuring rotating lights underneath.”
Shortly thereafter, the object changed the color of its under-lights and ascended rapidly, disappearing from view.
The cable noted that this sighting led to intense discussions about whether the object was “an advanced reconnaissance tool from a foreign government or an extraterrestrial phenomenon.”
Inconclusively, the cable expressed, “This case… [redacted]. Consequently, the decision was made to place Zimbabwe. [redacted] on high alert.”
