First on FOX: A group of Republican lawmakers have recognized President Donald Trump's heat as Israeli territory after suggesting the president is considering such changes.
A new letter to Trump led by Rn.Y. Rep. Claudia Tenney, is a difficult territory that both Palestinians and Israelis occupy as the “shared Judeo Christian heritage” of the American capital and Israeli. I'm assembling it.
“This region is at the heart of our shared Judaism and Christian heritage, and the recognition of Israel's right to declare sovereignty over this region is built on a previous recognition of the importance of this heritage. “You will,” reads the letter.
“In anticipation of potential policy announcements on Judea and Samaria in the coming weeks, we would like to express our strong support for recognizing Israel's right to declare sovereignty over this historically and biblically important region. I think that the perception of the hostile Arab state in Jews and Samaria that support terrorism and cannot recognize Israel.”

The letter also praises Trump for lifting sanctions on Israeli settlers in the West Bank that were imposed under the Biden administration.
The order was intended to punish Israeli settlers who were accused of committing violence against Palestinians in the West Bank after the Hamas attack on October 7th.
Five other members of Judea and Samaria Caucus Friends have signed the letter: Mary Miller, R-Ill. , R-Texas, R-Texas, Andy Harris, R-Md. , Barry Moore, R-Ala. , R-Ala. Nick Larota, RN.Y.
Earlier this month, Trump teased a new announcement on West Bank policies.

“We're talking about it with a lot of your representatives,” he said. “People like the idea, but we haven't achieved that position yet. But we'll be presenting a very specific topic in the next four weeks.”
Trump is expected to take a much more tolerant view of Israel's expansion into the West Bank than the Biden administration. He overturned years of US policy during his first administration that viewed Israeli settlements in the West Bank as a violation of the law.
