Revealed: Emails about the Russia hoax and Hillary Clinton

New Insights from the Durham Report

A previously classified 29-page appendix from the Durham Report has yet to be made public.

According to commentary from a BlazeTV host, the appendix suggests that Russian hackers accessed an email from Leonard Benaldo, who is the Eurasian Regional Director at the Open Society Foundation. This was discussed in “Saragonzales Not Filtered.”

It seems that a campaign advisor for Hillary Clinton was tied to this Russian conspiracy narrative, with an email from Benaldo dated July 25, 2023, revealing some interesting context. The email stated, “The media analysis on DNC hacking looks solid… Julie [Clinton campaign adviser] mentions that demonizing both Putin and Trump will play a role in a long-term strategy. At this point, it’s timely for a post-conflict bounce… The FBI will later escalate the situation.”

The appendix elaborates on how the FBI contributed to fueling this narrative.

“Initially, it was assessed that there was no direct evidence; thus, it was decided to spread the necessary information via the FBI’s technological partners, particularly entities like Crowdstrike and cybersecurity firms,” Gonzalez explained.

Adding to this, Gonzalez cited a revealing email from Clinton’s camp: “I’m not sure why we documented this,” she remarked. The message highlighted that HRC [Hillary Rodham Clinton] endorsed the concept that Trump along with Russian hackers would undermine U.S. elections. The email insinuated this was an attempt to divert attention from her own email troubles, particularly if the situation escalated to “Olympic level.”

Another communication stressed the need to frame Russian involvement as a domestic risk in the U.S. The sender urged, “Use terminology that frames this as a threat to critical infrastructure, emphasizing that elections are at stake. Both the President and Vice President should acknowledge this fact, even if evidence is unfortunately not yet available.”

Just days following this, the FBI initiated ‘Crossfire Hurricane’ on July 31, 2016, suggesting a deeper web of corruption, as Gonzalez pointed out.
