Theresa Judith and her husband, Lewis Lulus, were hit by a tax lien of more than $3 million.
According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the “Real Housewife of New Jersey” star has issued a $303,889.20 ruling filed against her earlier this month. Rurus was hit late last year with a debt of $163,523.94, but was only able to receive another lien in March at $2,569,842.06.
Giudice and Ruelas married in August 2022 after she and her ex-husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty to a 41 count fraud after being accused of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and bank fraud.

Each of the three cases against Giudice and Ruelas is still open, according to the New Jersey court website.

Representatives for Giudice and Ruelas did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Giudice had previously spent time in prison. She was sentenced to 15 months in October 2014 after signing a contract with prosecutors and agreeing to plead guilty to mail, telegraph and bank fraud for forging statements about loan applications.

Joe Judith was sentenced to 41 months in March 2019 at Allenwood Federal Prison. After he completed his sentence, he was voluntarily detained by an immigration officer until he returned to his country's Italy, where he attempted to appeal the deportation case.

Joe and Teresa share four daughters. He then moved to the Bahamas after his third appeal to return to the US in 2020 was denied.
The “celebrity apprentice” star was engaged to Rurus in October 2021 and married in New Jersey the following year. He has two sons from a previous relationship.
