Obama, who loves or hates them, has been a “it” family in American politics for over a decade, but that era has officially ended.
Former first lady Michelle Obama release On Wednesday's podcast, there was an incredibly enthusiastic response from Americans. Usually, those with her political and media “star power” are assumed to flock to the audience to support her project. However, she has subscribers to her YouTube channel below 20K, with her first episode receiving under 60k views, and the latest video uploaded Thursday morning has just 966 views (when this was published).

This isn't a good show for Michelle. Considering she had full court reporting done by friends in legacy media. She went to the top shows to promote its release, and although some prominent outlets ran glorious ads for her podcasts, she still didn't receive the support she was expected to see.
Similarly, California Governor Gavin Newsom is well-known, but he doesn't have the same level of power as Obama. release Michelle's podcast within a week. Newsom's Podcast has almost 260 subscribers and has nearly a million viewers in the first episode. His lowest episode still has 18K views.

Former President Barack Obama's meteoric rise in power began almost a decade ago, placing him as a Democratic leader. Despite his policies leading to division among Americans and the economic crisis that transferred large quantities of wealth to the elite, he remained the party's “good man.” That's until 2024 that his control over voters is declining. While at a voter event for former Vice President of Obama Kamala Harris It was criticized Black man for Harris' slippery support.
“You think it's a sign of strength. Do you put a woman on it?” Obama said, referring to President Donald Trump. “That's not acceptable.”
“You've been thinking about all sorts of reasons and excuses, and I have a problem with that,” Obama added. “Part of that makes me think I'm talking directly with men. Part of that makes me think that I don't have the idea of having a woman as president, but I think that I've come up with other options and reasons for that.”

Black male voters didn't care about Obama's responsibilities. Khalil Thompson, co-founder and executive director of Black Men's Win; I said He agreed with Obama on some issues, but Black male voters are not “monoliths.”
“We're not monoliths,” Thompson said. “But we are like every other American in this country who wants a good paying job. We can provide our kids, participate in the lives and lives of our partners, safely go home, go to the grocery store, save a bit of money for retirement, and take time off.” (Democrats plan to beat Republicans in a medium-term battle)
This moment was written on the Democrats' wall, which relied on the Obama family to campaign and raised funds for the party at the necessary moments. But this all crashed in the last election when the exit poll showed black men flocking to Trump's camp. He and Michelle are no longer the power couple from eight years ago. The failure to rally black men for Harris and the lack of support for Michelle's podcast proves that they no longer order the same level of respect.
Democrats need to find a new leader as Americans seem to be coordinating Obama.
