Rubio Warns Foreign Pro-Hamas Students Could Face Deportation

Students who attend Pro Hamas demonstrations on the university campus, non-immigrant visa holders, have found themselves facing deportation by the Trump administration. We reinforced a similar message from Secretary of State Marco Rubio, President Donald Trump. Marco Rubio has issued the necessary visas to study in the United States, revealing that foreign students supporting terrorist organizations will face serious consequences.

In a true society post By President Trump on Tuesday, the commander warned students against protesting on Hamas' behalf, saying “Agitators will be imprisoned or sent back to the country they came to forever.”

On Thursday, Rubio issued a follow-up message about the X (formerly Twitter) warning. The United States has zero tolerance for foreign visitors supporting terrorists. Our offenders, including international students, are facing visa denials and cancellations and deportation. ”

The harsh warning follows recent demonstrations at Columbia and Bernard University in New York. One protest on Tuesday attracted more than 200 pro-Palestinian protesters at Columbia University in opposition to Israeli Prime Minister Naphtali Bennett's scheduled appearance on campus.

On Wednesday, police arrested nine protesters at Bernard University after assaulting the school library. The mob refused to leave the facility despite warnings from managers of aggressive bomb threats. Many of the students remained until New York police made their arrests, claiming the threat of the bomb was a lie.

Prohama demonstrations have been held on several US campuses since October 7thth Attacked by Hamas in Israel. Those participating in the demonstration, including students who are foreign non-immigrants, are not facing real consequences to prevent students and faculty from joining their classes or accessing parts of the campus that are fearless.

During the Biden administration, foreign students were never warned about the outcome of the pro-Hama activities. In many cases, criminal charges have been dropped against those arrested for disrupting their activities on university campuses. One campus protest observed by the University of Texas Breitbart Texas in 2024 was arrested by Texas Department of Public Safety Patrol troopers for not disbanding the protesters of the Department of Public Safety. Within weeks of the protest, the Travis County County Attorney dismissed criminal charges of trespassing against all protesters arrested on campus.

Rubio's warning shows that protesters, who are at least foreign students, will be expedited in their engagement in activities that provide support to Hamas and other foreign terrorist organizations.

According to the State Department, the F-1 student visa does not guarantee entry into the United States. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may deny or revoke a visa based on the applicant's current and/or past actions, such as drugs and past actions.
