Rudy Giuliani discusses the RICO case he prepared for Joe Biden on 'Pod Force One'

Giuliani Claims Extortion Case Against Biden

In a recent episode of “Pod Force One,” former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani announced that he has prepared an extortion case against Joe Biden. He claims that the ex-vice president was a significant figure in foreign policy discussions, often benefiting his family financially without serving the U.S. effectively.

“Laptops have made it easier to prosecute these types of cases—conspiracy, RICO, you name it,” Giuliani shared with Miranda Devine during the podcast, referring to emails found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop and other materials suggesting that the future president may have accepted substantial bribes.

Biden has consistently denied any wrongdoing connected to his son Hunter or brother James, labeling the accusations as “a pack of lies.”

Giuliani noted instances where Biden acted as “Obama’s point person” in places like Iraq and Ukraine, which were critical during his vice presidency and where his family sought business opportunities.

“He had a straightforward task in Iraq: to finalize a Status of Forces Agreement with the Iraqi government,” Giuliani recalled, emphasizing the importance of not leaving soldiers in a precarious position.

He added, “If we leave troops stranded, they could face consequences from us, rather than from a government that might have ties to terrorism.”

Giuliani criticized Biden further, stating that he returned from Iraq without achieving a critical agreement, resulting in a complete withdrawal that benefitted his brother with a lucrative contract despite its failure for construction of low-income housing.

This $1.5 billion venture aimed to create tens of thousands of housing units. However, it saw no actual construction even after being initiated in 2010.

At the time, Biden had asserted the importance of “Regular engagement with Iraq” through his role in the Obama administration. The housing project ultimately ceased in 2012, and it’s ambiguous how much profit, if any, James Biden made during that period.

Giuliani went on to fault Biden’s efforts in Ukraine, especially concerning the removal of prosecutor Viktor Shokin while Hunter was on the board of the gas company Burisma, which was under investigation.

He pointed out that Biden was tasked with overseeing financial assistance for Ukraine and was meant to help combat corruption and Russian influence there.

However, Giuliani argued that Biden pressured then-President Poroshenko into firing Shokin by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid.

FBI documents released by Congressional Republicans included allegations that both Joe and Hunter Biden received substantial bribes from Burisma’s owner, claims that the Bidens have rejected.

Further allegations involve potential Russian dealings, including a peculiar wire transfer to Hunter Biden and significant funds from a partnership with a Chinese energy company.

Giuliani remarked, “He rose to the top and got lucky. Depending on the situation, Biden could have taken more bribes than any other American president.”

Biden has dismissed bribery and corruption allegations previously, responding to inquiries in June 2023 with a casual “Where’s the money?”

Biden’s representatives have not responded to requests for further comments regarding these matters.
