Running back injuries making life hard for owners

of fantasy soccer Once again, the community is given a stern warning that the running back position can be one of the most difficult positions to navigate from week to week.

Injuries have piled up over the years and recent seasons have seen a drastic change to tandem backfields, which is fine for real football but a nightmare for fantasy.

As such, many people are looking for a streamer to use this week, but the options are limited at best.

I strongly believe Zack Moss will maintain the lead even if he returns to Cincinnati, but Chase Brown is worth considering right away if you need help.

Moss is likely still practicing while overcoming a recent foot injury, and Brown is recovering in both snaps and touches.

This week's matchup against the Browns will favor the ground game, and Brown will likely have a large workload.

When the Bengals take the lead heading into the second half, Moss will likely be the guy to help run out the clock, but to get there, Brown will be involved enough to give your fantasy team a boost. Dew.

This week's more interesting streaming options can be found in Indianapolis.

Running back Jonathan Taylor told the media that Fantastic Manager should have a backup plan for him as he works through an ankle sprain.

The star was Trey Sermon, but not only was he an inefficient runner, he also suffered a knee injury and missed practice this week.

With both Taylor and Salmon furious, Tyler Goodson is at the forefront.

Goodson is small but has been very efficient the past two weeks.

Through two games, he rushed for 77 yards on 13 carries and gained 45 yards on seven catches.

Not eye-popping numbers, but if you're playing a full point PPR scoring format, he ranked 31st in DVOA vs. run this week against a soft Miami defense that allowed 125.8 yards per run. will produce results against the opponent. A game in which eight rushing touchdowns were allowed.

Obviously, there's a risk of losing goal line carries and touchdowns to Anthony Richardson, but Goodson is strong enough to warrant a streaming spot in the lineup.

One streamer that a lot of people are keeping an eye on is Minnesota's Ty Chandler, but we'll have to keep an eye out for plays like that.

Do you want to bet on the NFL?

Even without Aiden Hutchinson, the Lions not only have the toughest run defense in the league, but rumors are swirling that Aaron Jones might actually be a fit this weekend.

Coupled with the fact that the Vikings just traded for Cam Akers, who is familiar with their playbook and system, Chandler could be limited to pass-catching duties.

Having to stream a running back is never an ideal situation.

If necessary, rely on scoring formats. Goodson covers all leagues, and Brown and Chandler can be used as a PPR-style contingency plan.

And if the need for this streamer goes beyond a few weeks, you should start using cold calling.
