Shanna Wall, who dated Ryan Seacrest in the early 2000s, has filed a lawsuit against American Airlines, claiming that she was seriously injured after drinking a drink that was allegedly contaminated with “broken plastic and debris.”
On August 12, former “Amazing Race” contestant Wall Documents submitted The lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court through her lawyer, John J. Bailey.
According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Wall argues that American Airlines “had a duty to provide beverages and food that were uncontaminated and fit for consumption.”
Instead, she was “served a drink in a glass that contained broken plastic and other debris,” which resulted in “severe injuries to her throat, esophagus, vocal cords and digestive system.”

Wall further argues that the airlines “caused and created dangerous, defective and unsafe conditions on board the aircraft” and therefore “are strictly liable for serving plaintiffs beverages that were tainted and unfit for human consumption.”

Wall claims he suffered multiple injuries.
“She has suffered illness, pain, lameness and disability, has been unable to leave her home or bed, has lost enjoyment of life, is unable to perform her job duties, has suffered lost wages and financial losses, and has incurred and will continue to incur medical expenses for her injuries. She has become obligated to spend money on doctor’s visits and other medical care and treatment,” the document states.

Wall, who was in a relationship with Seacrest from 2003 to 2005, is seeking unspecified damages for alleged negligence.

Representatives for American Airlines and Wall did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s requests for comment.
