Just as Texas reached the breaking point of Biden’s open borders policy and proposed Texas Senate Bill 4, which would have allowed the state to arrest illegal immigrants, the Supreme Court intervened and halted progress.
Now, Texas’ hands are once again tied to border incursions — at least until March 13, when SCOTUS makes its final ruling.
“We can’t enforce the law. We can’t maintain border sovereignty,” sighs Sara Gonzalez.
To make matters worse, there’s a FOIA lawsuit from the Center for Immigration Studies revealing that the Biden administration is coordinating flights for approximately 320,000 illegal immigrants to 43 different cities across the country. I understand.”
“I don’t even have to walk these days,” Sarah says. “You can get free tickets, free money, free debit cards, free phones. Everything is free, but if you’re an American citizen, that’s not true. If you’re a homeless veteran, Please stay on the streets.”
“The Supreme Court may end up taking the federal government’s position because it’s so blatant and I don’t think the federal government wants freer states.” Eric July of Ripperverse Comics added.
How Texas responds to such an adverse ruling will have some serious implications.
According to Eric, if SCOTUS blocks SB4 and prevents Texas from securing its borders, the state will take the position of “we don’t care,” regardless of what that means at the national level. They say they must decide to protect their borders anyway.
Sarah agrees. We already have the Border Patrol criticizing Joe Biden and claiming he’s doing a terrible job…and they’re already coming out and saying we respect the Texas National Guard. Ta. ”
“Violence may break out, but it may be inevitable.”
