A day after a video was released that appeared to show Sean Diddy Combs hitting his then-girlfriend Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel, the music mogul said he was “disgusted” with himself and took responsibility. I took it.
“It’s so hard to look back on the darkest times in your life, and sometimes you have to. I was fed up. I hit rock bottom, you know. But I don’t make excuses for my actions in that video. It’s unforgivable,” he said in a self-recorded message posted on Instagram.
“I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m disgusted. I was disgusted when I did it. I’m disgusted now.”

“I sought professional help. I had to go to therapy and rehab,” Combs admitted.
“I had to ask for God’s mercy and grace.”
