FOX News host Sean Hannity has finally left New York, becoming the latest American to join the blue state exodus.
Hannity announced on his radio show Tuesday that he has permanently moved to Florida from New York, telling listeners that he is “now broadcasting from my new home in the Free State of Florida.”
“If anyone listens to this show for too long, I've been threatening to do so for quite some time. But we're now starting our first broadcast from my new home in the Free State of Florida. “Hannity” explained. “It's over. It's over. It's over. New York, New York, goodbye. Florida, Florida. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it's great to be here.”
Hannity declined to give a reason for leaving New York because it was “obvious.”
“I'm not going to go after the 'why' or the 'how', because the reality is sudden migration from states with high taxes, burdensome regulations, high crime rates, and terrible school districts. Because that's clear,” he said. “And if anything, I'm probably late and behind the times, and a lot of other people are taking action in advance.”
Not only is Florida a “free state,” Hannity celebrated his representatives for truly being a “free state.” represent his values.
