Search and rescue underway after American Airlines flight collides with military helicopter in DC: photos
An American Airlines flight from Wichita, Kansas, collided with a military helicopter at Reagan National Airport in DC around 9:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29.
Approximately 300 first responders worked overnight in a dark, cold and windy state to find the survivors.
