A dramatic video appeared as a man wearing a black clothes climbing a tall security fencing outside the White House.
Mysteryman charged the fence on the southern site on Monday and immediately began to lift himself to the top, so it was shot by tourists.

David Stanley, a tourist of Oklahoma who shot the “surreal” experience, said that the black man said “F -K it” before running.

Authorities have not disclosed climbers and do not share the motivation for expanding the White House fence.
According to the FOX, the 18 -acre white house complex is protected by uniform officers, special agents, mission support staff, and advanced protection systems.
It was not clear that the suspect would face the accusation.
