‘Selling Catheters On Late Night TV’: Sen. John Kennedy Torches Biden Over Border

Louisiana Republican Sen. John Kennedy on Tuesday slammed the wrap-up of a Fox News press conference regarding President Joe Biden’s executive orders on the U.S. southern border.

Kennedy appeared on “The Ingraham Angle” to discuss Biden’s public statements about his new executive order on immigration. Fox host Laura Ingraham showed Kennedy the final clip from Biden’s press conference, in which Biden stands behind the podium, looks around as reporters ask him questions, then abruptly walks away. “I think you have all these details down? The baseline number, the 14 days, then we exempt them,” Ingram teased.

“Laura, it’s sad,” Kennedy said. “The president’s best use of his time at this point would be selling catheters on late-night television. It’s really sad. We all know people who have reached that age, and we would never think of giving that person the toughest job in the world. If the president were my father, I would take away his care key.”

Biden’s Administrative measures The administration is suspending new asylum applications after the number of migrants crossing the U.S.-Mexico border reached a daily average of 2,500 for a week. The order allows asylum applications to resume once the daily average returns to 1,500.

While border security is a top concern for many voters across the country, Americans are also concerned about whether the president will be mentally fit to serve another term if re-elected, according to a February survey. NBC News PollAbout 76% of voters, half of whom are reportedly Democrats, have serious or moderate concerns about Biden’s mental and physical health.
