“Snow White” star Rachel Zegler has finally apologized after her nasty abuse of President-elect Donald Trump and his supporters prompted calls for a boycott of Disney.
The 23-year-old actress issued a plodding apology on her Instagram late Thursday, days after wishing Trump supporters “never know peace.”
“I let my emotions get the better of me,” Zegler wrote to her 2.3 million Instagram followers.
“Hate and anger have pushed us further and further from peace and understanding. We are sorry for contributing to the negative discourse.”
“This has been an emotional week for many of us, but I strongly believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, even if it differs from mine,” she continued.
“I am committed to actively contributing towards a better tomorrow.”
The young star, who plays Snow White in the upcoming live-action reboot, sparked outrage after slamming Trump supporters on social media after his election victory.
“In the midst of this, I am speechless,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, a sarcastic attack on others for hateful reasons.
“Four more years of hatred will tip us into a world I don't want to live in. It will tip us into a world where it will be difficult to raise our daughter.
“There is a serious illness in this country…The sheer number of people who have shown up for this man who threatens our democracy shows that,” the Gen Z star continued.

“May Trump supporters, Trump voters, and Trump himself never know peace.”
The backlash against her was swift, with many threatening to boycott Disney.
Conservative firebrand Megyn Kelly criticized the actor for not expressing his political views well, going so far as to call him a “pig.”
“Hello, Disney! We're going to have to redo the movie again because this woman is a pig,” Kelly raged on Thursday's SiriusXM show.
Kelly noted that Disney fired Carano from The Mandalorian in 2021 for comparing the treatment of conservatives in modern America to the treatment of Jews in Nazi Germany. “They fired Gina Carano for a cheap price.”
