Social Media Raves over Jake Paul’s Patriotic Post-Fight Speech: ‘Yep, He’s MAGA’

Social media users praised Jake Paul's patriotic speech Friday night after winning his match against boxing legend Mike Tyson, with Paul saying he was “honored to be a part of America.” “It feels like we're back,” he said.

“Tonight is not about me. I want to thank all the true heroes,” Paul began, adding, “Our military, our doctors, our emergency room nurses, our police officers, our firefighters, our farmers, our truck drivers, everyone. Name the people of “Let this world go around.'' ”

“Thank you, America,” Paul continued. “This is a time of truth. It's a good time. There's change in the world, good is rising, truth is emerging. I'm honored to be a part of America, and I'm honored to be back. I feel like, baby.”

Paul made the remarks after defeating Tyson by unanimous decision Friday night at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. As a result, many viewers turned to Netflix, causing the streaming giant to continually buffer and crash.

Social media users praised X for Paul's pro-American speech after the game, with many viewing his comments as not only patriotic but supportive of President-elect Donald Trump.

One X user: “He gave a subtle nod to Trump.” reacted.

“Then I have a lot of respect for Jake Paul,” says another. said. “Both sides won the battle. America won too.”

“I don't want to like Jake Paul too much, but he looked very classy after the game. I'm glad to hear that,” said another. I wrote.

“What a great time to be able to say that with so many people watching,” said another. pointed out.

Another X user: “We both voted for Trump.” said Paul and Tyson.

“He definitely did,” says another. agreedfurther added: [Trump] Supporter. “

“Yeah, he's MAGA,” said another. agreed.

“There was also a guy in his corner wearing a Make America Healthy Again hat. Let's go MAGA and MAHA! I'm starting to like this guy Jake,” said another. saidrecalled one of Paul's coaches, who went viral on social media for wearing a “Make America Healthy Again” hat.

This was announced a day after President Trump nominated Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.

Another X user commented Paul's post-game speech was “the best part of this whole thing”, he said.

“His moves tonight were pretty classy,” says another. I wrote.

Another X user said“That's a really nice statement,” and another simple statement. said“Jake, you did great.”

“Jake Paul said something great at the end,” someone said. said“We all know he voted for Trump. This is a nod to a brighter future for America.”

As Breitbart News reported, in July Paul responded to the first assassination attempt on Trump, saying he believed it was “divine intervention” and adding, “I believe God intervened and saved him. “I have,” he added.

It's quite literally, “What doesn't kill you makes you stronger,” and I think that's probably also why God caused this very situation, because He saw the path we were on— And I think God really intervened, like this: I need this guy right now. Everyone needs to change their positions. There can be no close elections. We need a landslide. We need this man to come back and make America great again. ”

“This situation is completely created.” [Trump] Invincible,” Paul added. “And I think that made the other side understand who he really was as a human being and what a terrible American hero he was.”

Days before the 2024 election, Paul endorsed President Trump, telling his fans, “Don't judge people by the way the media portrays them.”
