A South Carolina man has been arrested and charged with sending threatening emails to a judge, officials said.
According to the affidavit, between Dec. 30 and Jan. 19, David Matthew Zwicker, 36, committed crimes for no legitimate purpose other than “inflicting mental or emotional stress” on a person. Instead, he sent nine emails to the judge.
“I’m going to rip your face off,” the email sent to the judge from January 14 read.
