“The next thing we knew, they were throwing it away right in front of us,” said Nicole Grohm, who was on the plane with her parents from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He spoke in Boston on the 25th. “We were right there. We could have touched his arm.”
The video showed two men throwing vicious punches shortly after the plane landed at Boston’s Logan International Airport on Tuesday. The nature of the argument was unclear.
Cellphone video showed a desperate Spirit Airlines flight attendant shielding herself from a barrage of punches with her arms as a martial arts match broke out in the aisle.
A flight attendant could be heard repeatedly shouting “stop, stop, stop” as the two men exchanged blows.

Grom praised the flight attendants who tried to calm down the irate passengers.
“That poor flight attendant. She was trying her best,” Grohm said. “She’s putting herself in a dangerous situation to protect everyone else on the plane.”
Flight attendants desperately tried to remove other passengers from the plane as punches were thrown.
“If you’re not in that fight, get off the plane!” a flight attendant can be heard saying over the intercom.
Nicole’s mother, Laura, told local media that she heard unidentified men screaming during the two-hour flight from South Carolina, but that there was no fight until the plane landed.
“We were on the runway and it got physical,” she said. “We don’t know what’s going to happen, what may or may not be used as a weapon.”

Nicole’s father, Allen Grohm, told a local broadcaster that flying “is not what it used to be.”

“I want to give a shout out to the flight attendants. They did everything in their power to calm the situation down,” Allen said. “Flying is certainly different than before!”

Spirit Airlines confirmed to Fox News Digital that the two men involved in the altercation are on the airline’s no-fly list.
“Law enforcement was requested due to a disturbance that occurred while disembarking Spirit Airlines Flight 3907 in Boston on May 7,” a spokesperson said. “We do not tolerate sabotage of any kind and the passengers involved will no longer be welcome on any of our flights.”
