Rep. Elise Stefanik, a Republican from New York, denounced a “weaponized justice system” following the New York v. Trump decision. found Former President Trump is guilty on all charges.
“Today’s verdict shows how corrupt, rigged and un-American our weaponized justice system has become under Joe Biden and a Democratic Administration. I fully support President Trump’s appeal and hope that the New York Superior Court will deliver justice and overturn this verdict. The facts are clear: this was a zombie case illegally filed by corrupt prosecutors following Joe Biden’s political bidding and desperate to save Joe Biden’s failing campaign,” Stefanik said in comments provided to Fox News Digital on Thursday.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office charged Trump with 34 counts of first-degree falsifying business records. Trump has pleaded not guilty.
The jury returned a guilty verdict for Trump on all charges late Thursday afternoon.

Trump found guilty on all charges in New York trial
“This case hinged on the testimony of a convicted felon who was disbarred for lying and who perjured himself when he lied to Congress. This sham trial was presided over by a corrupt and highly unethical judge who is a Biden donor and whose family directly benefited from this case. This corrupt Democratic judge imposed a clearly unconstitutional gag order on President Trump and his team,” Stefanik continued.

Trump says costly trial ‘proves my point that the courts are being used as a weapon against him’: ‘It’s disgraceful’
“This corrupt Democrat judge sided with the prosecution at every turn and prevented President Trump’s defense from calling key witnesses to the stand. The prosecution team that brought this case was made up of a Soros-funded Far Left Democrat District Attorney, Democratic political operatives, and Democratic donors. From the beginning, the weaponized scales of justice were tipped against President Trump. Joe Biden, the Far Left Democrats, and their stenographers in the mainstream media have made it clear they will stop at nothing to stop President Trump from returning to the White House. We must work day and night to ensure that President Trump wins in November and saves America from Biden’s failed Far Left Democrat policies and his illegal weaponization of our justice system against the American people.”
