Stop bashing Gen Z — we created the problems they now face

I want to talk to Gen Z, but I’ve seen some clips on social media of people complaining about 9-to-5 jobs and how hard life is right now. To be honest, my first reaction was, “Good luck, Buttercup.” This is the true state of life. ” In a way, that’s true. But in other ways, I think you’re getting a bad rap. You are facing unique problems that my generation did not face – problems that my generation created.

But I think you don’t understand the cause of these problems.

If you think more collectivism is the answer, you haven’t done enough homework.

I don’t want to be in your position. When I was your age, I didn’t have to deal with the challenges you face. In a sense, your life have that was so hard. At the same time, your life has become much easier compared to previous generations. Everyone was rushing to save you, to protect you. You were spoiled and now your life is even more difficult.

You grew up with social media and the definition of narcissism: someone who is constantly staring into a pond at themselves. I don’t mean this in an offensive way, and I’m not just including you in this. We have become a culture of narcissists. It’s all about “me, me, me, me.”

You have stepped into territory that my generation never had to go into. You have already experienced a situation where nothing is true and no one can be trusted. I wouldn’t trust anyone if I were in your position. But I know some things are true and some can be trusted.

First, life has value. Life is hard, but it’s worth it in the end.

Second, life is not a thing. As a pack rat, I can tell you that none of that will bring happiness to your life. In fact, I think your generation, in some ways, understands happiness better than anyone in my generation. You may realize that medicines may not be as effective as natural solutions in many situations, that a big house may not be as satisfying as just having a small house, that you are free to work for yourself instead of working 24/7. I’m starting to understand that I should live the life of a man. Maybe it’s a better way to live.

I want to speak to people who feel like there’s no point in trying to go to work because they can’t go anywhere. Even though I work over 40 hours a week, I can’t afford a place to live. You still live with your parents. I can’t even afford to buy food. I think it’s right to be frustrated because the problem you’re facing isn’t always the case.

Hippies are responsible for many of the problems we face today. I may be wrong, but I hate hippies. Hippies have been messing things up since the 1960s. While marching for socialism, they have become exactly what they said they were against: lying and greedy politicians. They don’t let go of their power no matter how much time passes.

These are the people who have come up with policies that make people think that this is the way the world is. I hope you can convince me that it doesn’t have to be that way. This has not always been the case in our country. We don’t need to keep people like this in power. Actions have consequences. Voting has consequences. These people are allowing crime, looters, squatters, and riots, and someone has to pay for it.

They say they can’t afford the medical bills. got it. Since Obamacare was passed, the cost of individual health insurance has doubled. We have to remember that the politician promised that passing this major health care reform would save him $2,500 per household. you are going to school He should know that a $2,500 savings is not the same as an 80% increase. In addition, hospitalization costs have increased by 210%. I understand your opinion that you cannot afford to pay for medical care at these costs. Who can afford healthcare? Who can afford insurance?

You will also start your life with thousands of dollars in debt. Your parents didn’t have that burden. Once upon a time, people could work and graduate from college without going into debt. Some people were able to get jobs that quickly paid off their debts. You can’t do that now. The cost of college has skyrocketed since the government announced it would guarantee all student loans, and it continues to rise. We can thank progressive President Lyndon B. Johnson for that.

The people who created this mess cannot fix it.But it is can It will be fixed.

When the government announced that it would guarantee everyone’s university tuition fees, universities realized they could ask for more because the government would loan them virtually any amount they wanted. And since then, they have continued to charge more and more. In 1965, average college tuition was $450 per year. Adjusted for inflation, that’s $4,000 a year. Now, you’re paying an average of $26,000 a year compared to $4,000 a year, adjusted for inflation.

what happened? The answer is always the same: government regulation. The gas is rising. why? Government regulations. Can’t afford a house? Well, that’s due to several reasons. Much of it revolves around the federal government and the national debt. But the simple answer is the same. It’s a government regulation.

Furthermore, the US government has a staggering national debt. We’ve been worrying about it for a long time, but those in power aren’t listening to people like your mom and dad and me. A lot of other people thought, “Oh, well, we’ll manage. We’re the United States of America, after all. We’ll manage.”

People like me have kept saying, “No, I can’t pass this on to my children.” You are now seeing what we have been telling you. If you say that adults are responsible for creating this troubled world, you’re right, in a way. We have been lied to, and like many people, they want to believe the lie because it makes them feel good.

A big lie is being forced upon your generation. It is said that men are women and women are men. At the same time, it is said that there is no such thing as gender at all. It feels better to follow the lie because you don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings.

My generation believed similar lies about the national debt. We were told we could spend all this money on grant programs so we could provide a better life for you, our children. “Wait, how are we going to pay this back? This is going to cost us,” some warned. We didn’t want to believe them. Lies sounded better and were easier to believe than the truth. We never see the outcome, and even if we do, it always happens far in the future. No one was going to listen to terminally ill people saying, “No, it’s going to come sooner than you think.”

And that time is now. Our government is currently printing $1 trillion every 100 days. It has never been done before. We have more debt than any country in the history of the world. But we are not alone. Every country is doing this. They’re going to take on debt like we’ve never seen before, and we’re all going to have to pay the price.it’s going to make your Life becomes even more difficult.

There are Democrats and Republicans who still believe that they will spend all kinds of money and involve us in all kinds of global conflicts. And then there are constitutional conservatives who believe we should preserve what works, cut what doesn’t, and follow the Constitution and Bill of Rights. You most likely haven’t really learned about them. But you should. All of our problems are caused by governments and people who think they can ignore the Constitution. That is the true meaning of this election.

You might say: I don’t like either political party. ” I know a lot of people who don’t like either, but one is trying to reduce the size of government and the other is trying to spend us collapsing.

The people who created this mess cannot fix it.But it is can It will be fixed. We need to learn more about the truth, why this happened to us, and how our constitution has lasted longer than any other constitution in the world. The average is 17 years. This has been going on for hundreds of years. why? how? And why is it collapsing today? We need to take some time to understand that today.

You can complain about the current situation. I complain. Everyone complains. But don’t rest there. Learn what caused this. And if you think more collectivism is the answer, you haven’t done enough homework. They always end the same way, and that’s exactly where we’re heading now. We can repeat the horrific past of the countries that tried it before us, or we can choose freedom, liberty, and prosperity. The ball is in our court.
