Musk accused Harris of lying about Trump’s position on the national abortion ban.

Elon Musk on Monday accused Vice President Harris of lying about former President Trump’s support for a nationwide abortion ban, in what appeared to be a post from Harris’ campaign account with comments from the community added to it. “When will politicians, or at least the interns who run their accounts, learn that lying doesn’t work on this platform anymore?” Musk posted on his social platform “X” on Monday morning, along with a screenshot of Harris’ statement.

Supreme Court won’t hear tech liability case brought by teen raised on Snapchat

The Supreme Court will not hear a challenge by a teenager who was allegedly seduced by his teacher on Snapchat to the scope of a federal law that exempts tech companies from liability for users’ content. The anonymous Texas teen claims that when he was 15, his high school science teacher used the image-based instant messaging app to seduced him, encouraged him to abuse drugs and sexually assaulted him.
