Teacher Accidentally Shows Photos of Female Breasts to High School Class

Glacier Peak High School Incident In Snohomish

A high school in Washington state surprised students with an unexpected presentation on female anatomy during a teacher’s slide show, apparently shared from the teacher’s computer.

At Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish, images of naked female breasts were “accidentally” shown during a recital, as explained in a letter to parents by principal Alicia Mitchell. This information was reported by various media outlets.

The principal stated in her message:

Dear Family, We want to inform you about an incident where an inappropriate image was shared with students in class. We recognize that these images may be viewed by many people outside the classroom, and we encourage you to discuss this with your students if you wish.

The material included images of bare breasts, briefly shown during a PowerPoint presentation. This does not align with our standards for classroom materials, and we take this issue very seriously. School officials are already taking steps to address the situation and are looking into appropriate actions moving forward.

Jason Lantz, a conservative talk show host from Seattle who observed part of the presentation, noted that the principal’s letter lacked details about the teacher’s gender, the subject being taught, and the grade level involved.

Lantz reported in an article on the Red 770 ASM page that a screenshot of the problematic slide showed a breast image in a small box, which seemed to be a preview from one of the folders on the teacher’s computer.

Principal Mitchell’s letter described the incident as a “personnel matter currently under investigation,” and the district plans to review what transpired before deciding on the next steps.

The incident surfaced on the TikTok account Libs, drawing a variety of reactions online.

One user commented, “Anyone should be arrested for showing porn to a child.”

Conversely, a student wrote, urging others to “calm down.” They mentioned, “I’m an upperclassman at that school, and I’m sure all the kids there have been through worse. You can Google worse things, and I think you do. Accidents happen. Yes, they’re bad, but they don’t threaten anyone’s life.”
