A Tesla driver who was found guilty of assaulting another motorist on a Southern California road and was found guilty of possessing a pipe was released last month after less than a year of a five-year sentence, a move that infuriated his victims.
Nathaniel Radimak, 37, was sentenced in September 2023 after a series of violent incidents. He pleaded guilty to assault, criminal damage, elder abuse and criminal threatening.
Radimak drove a Tesla and was known for using a pipe to attack the cars of his victims, mostly women.
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation told Fox News Digital that Radimak was given 424 days of credit for time he served while awaiting sentencing, and he was also given the opportunity to receive a sentence reduction for good behavior while incarcerated.

“Mr. Raddimac will be placed under Los Angeles County parole supervision on Aug. 28, 2024, after completing his full statutory sentence,” a CDCR statement said.
Many of Radimak's victims were outraged by his release, some saying they were not consulted about it or given the opportunity to challenge the decision. They said the justice system was not working because it did not give them a chance to be heard.

“Given the length of time he has been committing crimes, we find it difficult to believe that such a short sentence will result in any kind of behavioral change or rehabilitation,” one of the unidentified victims said at an online press conference with his lawyer, Gloria Allred.
“I'm worried he'll try to track down the victims whose names have been made public,” said another. “He's a danger to society and I'm strongly opposed to his early release.”
Some said they feared Radimak would retaliate.
“His early release has come as a shock and disappointment to the many victims I represent,” Allred said.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office told Fox News Digital that it is not up to the office to decide when inmates will be released.

“Our hearts go out to the survivors who endured Mr. Radimak's horrific attacks and are recovering from his senseless actions,” the district attorney's office said. “The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office does not have the authority to determine when inmates are released; this is the responsibility of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, as is notification to victims.”
