Texas Democrat says he can find ‘common ground’ with Trump’s incoming border czar

Democratic Representative Henry Cuellar of Texas is already preparing to work with incoming border czar Tom Homan to strengthen border security.

The Cuellar area borders Mexico, advocated on behalf of He worked with Homan at a time when some of his fellow Democrats openly rebelled against his support for mass deportations.
