The attempt by the left to rally children against ICE: ‘Cruel and horrifying actions’

Concerns in American Politics and Children

Blaze TV host Sarah Gonzalez has raised alarms about the erosion of traditional boundaries in American politics, noting how this shift is pushing children away from political discourse.

“When you see the way the left engages with children, it’s hard to ignore the severity of it,” Gonzalez remarked. She highlighted a time when there was a general understanding that, regardless of political opinions, children should be kept out of contentious issues. “If you’re an adult, you have a responsibility to maintain an unbiased stance. Bringing kids into political arguments is not just irresponsible; it’s problematic,” she added.

Unfortunately, Gonzalez argues that this mindset has largely been forgotten, and the situation appears to be deteriorating, especially with current movements trying to mobilize children against organizations like ICE.

“For some reason, kids are being encouraged to protest against a government trying to remove illegal immigrants from our streets. It’s puzzling, to say the least,” she stated.

A recent report suggested that an organization linked to Antifa has been distributing materials targeting K-12 students. Gonzalez ridiculed the content, mentioning it included a lengthy document aimed at inciting youth against what it calls the ‘billionaire regime.’

“It’s ironic that some billionaires, like George Soros, can fund these movements, while others are deemed villains if their views clash. It’s a double standard that is, frankly, hard to take seriously,” she commented.

She expressed concern that the distributed material encourages students to boycott businesses to showcase their power. “This isn’t just a one-off incident; it reflects a broader trend,” she noted.

In another instance, Beth Vaughn shared a video showing students chanting slogans like “brown and proud,” while leading their principal with anti-ICE signs during a school event.

“As a parent, it’s alarming. Schools shouldn’t be promoting such actions; they have a responsibility towards taxpayers as well. It’s clear the principal was in on it, validating the school’s involvement,” Gonzalez observed.

Moreover, she raised questions about the insistence that skin color plays a role in these political discussions. “We’re missing the point. The real issue is illegal immigration, not race. This shouldn’t be about color,” she stated.
