HBO released a teaser for the 2024-2025 TV season on Sunday, and it gives us something to look forward to.
After nearly two years of waiting for a second installment in The Last of Us storyline, there is finally some light at the end of the tunnel – but not for the characters. Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey are returning as Joel and Ellie, this time joined by Catherine O’Hara, with Jeffrey Wright reprising his role as Isaac. according to To TV Insider.
The upcoming episodes are set to be just as haunting, violent, thrilling, and apocalyptic as the last ones. We can’t wait to see them!

Besides The Last of Us, there are tons of other upcoming shows to watch. Colin Farrell is absolutely amazing as The Penguin. Be sure to check out the full trailer, as the series is definitely moving away from classic superhero tropes and leaning more towards Gotham gangsterism and organized crime. It’s more similar to The Sopranos than any Batman movie I’ve seen. (RELATED: HBO Releases Trailer for The Penguins, and It’s So Good You Can’t Look Away)
“White Lotus” is also returning, this time taking us to Thailand with two guests, including Walton Goggins and Patrick Schwarzenegger. We can’t wait to see the rest of the cast!

Next up, we have “Chimp Crazy,” which comes from the talented folks behind everyone’s favorite cult documentary series, “Tiger King.” Chimp Crazy is also so wild it deserves its own article. (Related: “Love Has Won” is the Most Scary, Addictive Documentary of the Year)
I am also super excited about “The Franchise”, which appears to be a total parody of every major movie franchise, especially the so-called superhero “universe” that the industry overlords have built with their brick-walled imaginations…don’t act like you don’t know what I’m talking about.
