The NCAA can’t lead college sports if it rejects biological reality

The NCAA has no excuses anymore.

The spinless leader who did it got the desperate need for cover from President Donald Trump to acknowledge the obvious biological differences between men and women. It was like the garden of Eden after sucking the cracks.

It goes without saying that organizations that cannot be defined as women should not be allowed to survive will oversee the future of university athletics.

Men and women created them, Trump said Sign the executive order About national girls and women on sports day. But instead of being kicked out of paradise, transterrorist penalties for violating that order, from now on, federal funding and ock, kock, corn, and if we should be very lucky, This means that it is a loss of federal funds. Nancy Mace screams“Trans-half, tranny, tranny!” Until my ears bleed.

As Penise settles in a place they haven't been going, the NCAA has a chance to save a piece of dignity in another respect. Soon the official will appear before the Senate Commerce Committee and assert its role in the future governance of university athletics. If the NCAA fails to comply with protecting female athletes after Trump's photo shoot with Riley Gaines and her allies, then the committee, now chaired by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas). It collapses in front of you.

This is not about gender clarity for NCAA leadership. They have not had a sudden moral awakening. Perhaps they cannot do mathematics about social relevance and financial survival.

Be honest – it makes much more sense than expecting an ideologue of the same gender suddenly to see Trump as a Rosetta Stone of Truth, Science and Degree.

Now, let's go back to Cruz. Since the chaotic and unsustainable introduction of “names, images, caricatures” of university athletes in 2021, the NCAA has struggled to navigate its own future. A group that could not gather willingness to keep mentally ill men out of women's locker rooms understand the next stage of college sports without the help of leaders like the junior senator in Texas It never happened.

In 2023, Cruz introduced a bill to guide the NCAA and its member institutions seeking to recognize student-athletes as university employees. However, moving beyond the draft stage is full of terrestrial mines.

Title IX is at risk, as men's soccer and basketball generate significantly more income than women's sports, no matter what Trump accomplishes. Meanwhile, many school presidents and athletic directors have warned that losing Olympic boys' sports at the university level is becoming a real possibility.

Tip: That's most of them.

Without the NCAA agreement to protect women's sports, Cruz and the Commerce Board might have done a much easier job. If the NCAA refused to cooperate, they would have effectively confiscated the place at the adult table. But now, the organisation's leader can dig into the heels and take advantage of Trump's adherence to order as a negotiation tip in his favorite game.

This will be a high stakes poker match. The NCAA, whether legal or bluffing, using Title IX as a defense to pay college athletes is financially unfeasible without cutting jobs and eliminating athletic programs. Convince the Commercial Committee that there is.

I worked for Cruz so I know first hand how seriously he takes his principles and how he does his due diligence thoroughly. He is a proud girl's dad, a dedicated sports fan, knowledgeable about these issues and personally invested in them. Cruz also just won reelection by beating the former Baylor College football star. He gave ock for supporting the transgender insanity and helping push women to replace men in sports.

I probably don't need to suggest this to my previous boss – he probably already thinks about it. But federal law should not save the NCAA unless the organization reveals that it doesn't just pay lip services to Trump's executive order. We must promise to support the biological reality of sports Forever.

The NCAA should be forced to fully acknowledge that reality. Otherwise, you can continue your winning streak in court.

It goes without saying that organizations that cannot be defined as women should not be allowed to survive will oversee the future of university athletics.
