This argument is equally unfounded given that military personnel are often reorganized overseas in a short period of time. Employees and contractors can turn to you if they believe they have been unfairly fired. The contractor may take legal action in the federal claims court if the service has not been paid for or if the contract is inappropriately terminated. When activist judges issue unfounded rulings, such as preventing the Treasury from accessing departmental records, it erodes the legitimacy of the court. Such a judgment would be as ridiculous as it would prevent a senator or representative from reviewing records within their respective meeting rooms.
