President Trump has campaigned on a platform that hired Elon Musk to establish doges and reduced the federal government by reducing waste, fraud and abuse. Americans liked what they heard, and they gave Trump a wide range of election orders.
Trump is currently doing something he can't think of in Washington. He does exactly what he promised to do. And while real Americans are suffering, DC Uniparti, too fat and happy, but unbelievably angry.

According to Article 2 of the Constitution, enforcement is given to the President, and the President is ordered to “be careful” that the law is faithfully carried out. Trump has already started his job at agencies like USAID and the Treasury Department, revealing a gruesome level of waste, fraud and abuse. But activist federal judges have halted these efforts and are based on disagreements in politics and policy rather than law.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio placed nearly 3,000 USAID employees on paid administrative leave, recalling much from his foreign missions. District of Columbia Judge Carl Nichols has imposed a temporary reporting order, claiming that employees at foreign locations could be at risk due to inability to access their USAID email accounts due to security warnings. He insisted. This justification is ridiculous because these employees can receive evacuation orders from the State Department, like non-government Americans. Furthermore, judges' rulings expanded to employees in the US, not just overseas.

Nichols further claimed that in a 30-day notice, the employee recalled that the employee faced irreparable harm from relocating foreign registered children. This argument is equally unfounded given that military personnel are often reorganized overseas in a short period of time. If this precedent stands, it could lead to lawsuits every time a foreign service officer is reassigned to the US.
New York District Judge Paul Engelmeyer has imposed even more serious intrusions on the executive body, banning political appointees, including the Treasury Secretary confirmed in the Treasury Department and access records within the Treasury Department. It has been forbidden to do so. The unprecedented ruling restricted Doge from accessing Treasury records, saying the department heads were unable to access material while unelected bureaucrats were able to make it possible. Under this reasoning, President Trump himself has no access to important departmental information. The ruling means that the government is not even allowed to present that argument at the hearing.

Employees and contractors can turn to you if they believe they have been unfairly fired. The contractor may take legal action in the federal claims court if the service has not been paid for or if the contract is inappropriately terminated. Federal employees who believe they have been fired for retaliatory reasons can appeal to the Merit Systems Protection Committee. The Federal Labor Relations Agency deals with disputes between the government and federal employee unions. Activist judges issuing temporary restraining or injunctions are not the appropriate method to resolve such disputes.
If the Court of Appeals does not intervene, the Supreme Court must deal with these activist judges through emergency facilities. When activist judges issue unfounded rulings, such as preventing the Treasury from accessing departmental records, it erodes the legitimacy of the court. Such a judgment would be as ridiculous as it would prevent a senator or representative from reviewing records within their respective meeting rooms.

During President Biden's term, leftists tried to smear Supreme Court judges with frivolous ethical complaints about Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. Despite attempts to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh in 2022, they adopt an unconstitutional binding code of ethics and withhold funds from the court unless they suspend funds for the safety of judges. I pushed it forward.
President Trump is at the core of Article 2 enforcement. He has not stolen the articles either the legislative powers from the Congress or the jurisdiction from the Supreme Court. These activist judges have stolen and obstructed Article 2 enforcement power from the president.

The crisis created by the overreach ruling of today's activist judges justifies Congress using the power of the wallet to limit the scope of these courts. The Supreme Court must act quickly to restore the rule of law and prevent further escalation of this crisis caused by activist judges' policy disagreement with President Trump. Justice must be rethinked and rejected in the process Humphrey's Enforcer vs. United States (1935) restricted the presidential authorities from firing administrative employees. While judges play an important role in the Republic, interference in the president's legal enforcement actions undermines its limited role. The Supreme Court must act decisively to restore the judicial system before it derails completely. Because such breakdowns are devastating to the country.
