Tori Spelling filed for divorce from estranged husband Dean McDermott earlier this year after 18 years of marriage, but the matter of an unpaid bank loan from 2012 has yet to be resolved.
City National Bank is still trying to collect more than $400,000 in outstanding debt from Spelling & McDermott in a breach of contract lawsuit first filed in 2016, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
A judgment recently filed in Los Angeles County Court states that Spelling now owes $219,796.66 and McDermott owes $202,066.10 in interest.

When the lawsuit was first filed against the celebrity couple in December 2016, the couple owed “an unpaid principal balance of $185,714.05, plus $2,407.92 in interest and $681.41 in late fees, totaling $188,803.38,” the lawsuit states.
“These amounts remain unpaid. Interest, legal fees and costs continue to accrue.”
Representatives for Tori and Dean did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Their latest legal battle comes just weeks after it was revealed that McDermott is seeking spousal support from Spelling in their ongoing divorce battle.

The Canadian actor also asked the court to award him joint custody and full physical custody of the couple’s five children. In documents obtained by Fox News Digital, he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for his separation from Spelling and listed July 7 as the date of separation.

Spelling filed for divorce first March 29. She listed June 17 as the couple’s separation date. The “Beverly Hills 90210” star filed suit against McDermott for spousal support and asked to suspend the court’s authority to award spousal support to an estranged husband.

The former couple met on the set of Mind Over Matter in July 2005, when both were already married.
The two were divorced and married in May 2006, less than a month after their divorces were finalized.
