Trump Teases Upcoming UFO Research Announcement

President Trump announced that the Pentagon’s research on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) will be revealed “very soon.”

During a rally at Dream City Church in north Phoenix, hosted by Turning Point USA on Friday night, Trump shared his belief that the crowd in Arizona was an ideal audience for this information, as they were “really interested in it.”

This statement aligns with the growing curiosity in Washington regarding UAPs, as lawmakers push for more transparency and the Pentagon expands its investigations into various unidentified incidents.

“I figured you all are a great crowd because I know you guys. You are really into this. I’m not sure I am,” Trump remarked to the audience.

He mentioned earlier discussions with Army Secretary Pete Hegseth about public access to the findings before moments later hinting at what he had seen. “We’ve come across a lot of very intriguing documents,” Trump stated, adding, “The first release is just around the corner, so go check if that phenomenon holds true.”

He continued, “You’ll understand. Please let me know your thoughts.” Trump’s tone suggested a sense of wonder as he reflected on the questions raised during the investigation, calling it “really fascinating, no doubt about it.”

In February, Trump indicated he would push for the release of government files regarding aliens, extraterrestrial life, and UAPs, noting considerable public interest in the subject, especially after former President Barack Obama hinted at the potential existence of aliens.

“Given the overwhelming interest shown, I will instruct the Secretary of the Army and other relevant agencies to initiate the identification and release of government files related to aliens, extraterrestrials, UAPs, UFOs, and any other pertinent information on these important and complex matters,” Trump posted on Truth Social, finishing with, “God bless America!”

Interest in UAPs has surged in recent years, drawing heightened attention from federal lawmakers and defense officials. Congress passed the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Disclosure Act in 2023, and the Department of Defense established the Office of All-Specific Anomaly Resolution to more comprehensively investigate these occurrences.
