President Trump's “border emperor” Tom Homan is set to blow up the Albany Democrats at the Capitol on Wednesday over deadly immigration policies, the Post learned.
Homan, a native of the North of New York, plans to stand with Republican lawmakers fighting to abolish the state's Green Light Act, a target for the Trump administration's court challenge.
He would also call back the efforts of Senate and Congressional Republicans to push back urban policies in New York's sanctuaries, such as the Laken Riley Act in New York, and demand that ICE be notified when law enforcement arrests non-citizens.
Gov. Kathy Hochul is not expected to meet Homan during his visit to Albany, sources said.
She is scheduled to be in New York City Wednesday morning, following her public schedule.
Republicans welcomed the Trump administration's lawsuit seeking to unravel the Greenlight Act.
Last month, Attorney General Pam Bondy sued Hochul, demanding that constitutional states divert that data to New York.
The announcement of Bondi's lawsuit later prompted Hochul to cancel his luncheon with Trump.
